jillino1 Terms and Conditions — User Agreement for Philippines Players
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on jillino1. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this agreement. Last updated: 2025.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and jillino1 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using jillino1 in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. jillino1 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Access to jillino1 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. In the Philippines, players must be at least 21 years old in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering, you confirm that:
- You are of legal age to participate in online gaming in your location.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
- You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are registering for personal use only.
- You have not been previously excluded or banned from jillino1 or any affiliated platform.
jillino1 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on jillino1. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
When creating your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. jillino1 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify the support team immediately via the contact options available in your account or at [email protected]. Do not share your password with others. jillino1 staff will never ask for your password.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using jillino1, you agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other point.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system errors, or engage in collusion with other users.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
- Opening or operating accounts on behalf of minors or any ineligible persons.
- Engaging in chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions through your payment provider without first contacting jillino1 support.
jillino1 reserves the right to investigate any account it reasonably suspects of violating these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and recovery of funds.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on jillino1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). Deposits can be made using accepted local payment methods including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and select online banking channels available in the Philippines.
Deposits are credited to your account after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. jillino1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jillino1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used for deposit, subject to applicable procedures.
Any attempt to abuse deposit or withdrawal processes, including but not limited to fraudulent chargebacks, will result in account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities. All transactions are final once confirmed unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
jillino1 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from any gaming activity. All participation in games on jillino1 is at the user's own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jillino1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes.
All content on jillino1, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of jillino1 or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.
Links to third-party services or content may appear on the Platform from time to time. jillino1 does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
jillino1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Provision of false information during registration or verification.
- Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to the Platform's dormancy policy.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jillino1 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the user via the original payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which jillino1 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
